To use Tunewave you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you must use the Platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised legal entity.
By uploading Content you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and clearances to grant the licenses described in this Agreement.

The Platform supports the following user types:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or fraudulent information.
6.1 User ownership. You retain full ownership of your Content.
6.2 License to Tunewave. By uploading Content to the Platform you grant Tunewave a five (5) year exclusive digital distribution license ("License") that is global in scope. The License permits Tunewave to deliver your Content to DSPs, monetise, administer metadata, and exercise associated distribution rights for the License term.
6.3 Promotional & limited rights. You may continue to use your Content for live performances, short promotional excerpts, and marketing that does not conflict with the exclusive digital distribution rights granted to Tunewave.
6.4 Term & renewal. The License term is five (5) years from the date of release or upload. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the License will automatically renew under the then-current terms if not cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

Tunewave reserves the right to remove or refuse any Content that violates policies or DSP rules.
8.1 Artists. Artist relationships and settlement are managed by the @something in me team (www.somethingin.me). Specific commissions and payment terms for artists are governed by separate agreements.
8.2 Labels & Distributors.
8.3 Minimum payout: USD 50 (fifty US dollars).
8.4 Payment frequency: Monthly, provided the payout threshold is met.
8.5 Payment method: Bank transfer only. Users must provide complete and accurate bank details. Tunewave is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect banking information.
8.6 Royalty adjustments: Payouts are subject to DSP reporting cycles, currency conversions, taxes, withholdings, and corrections from DSPs. Tunewave may adjust future payouts to account for retroactive changes.
9.1 No refunds. Tunewave does not provide refunds for subscriptions, services, or commissions except where mandated by applicable law.
9.2 Cancellation notice. To cancel distribution or services, Users must provide at least three (3) months’ notice. During the notice period, royalty collection and subscriptions will remain active. Any subscription fees due for the notice period may be deducted from future payouts.
9.3 Plan changes. Upgrades or downgrades between plans require a 45-day waiting period from the date of request due to DSP royalty synchronization cycles and payout reconciliation.
Any attempt to manipulate streams, charts, playlist placement, or listener metrics (including bots, click farms, or paid play schemes) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in:
Except where prohibited by law, Tunewave (including its partners, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable to you for:
Tunewave collects personal and usage data necessary to provide Services, including but not limited to:
12.1 Tools & storage: Tunewave may use third-party services such as Firebase, AWS, Cloudflare, YouTube APIs, and payment processors to store and process data. Tunewave does not sell Personal Data to third parties.
12.2 Cookies: The Platform uses cookies and tracking technologies to improve performance and user experience. By using the Platform you consent to cookie usage as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tunewave may suspend or terminate accounts, block access to the Platform, and remove Content for reasons including but not limited to:
Termination does not relieve Users from outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Regional jurisdiction rules:
Tunewave reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updates on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
